As involved as you want to be! Some clients want to be hands-on every step of the way, while others prefer to hand over the reins. I’ll meet you wherever you are.

Ideally, 12-24 months out for full planning , 6-10 moths out for partial planning, and 3–5 months out for management and coordination. I take on a limited number of weddings each year to give every client the attention they deserve, so the earlier the better!

Our approach combines intentional design, meticulous planning, and personalized support to ensure every detail is thoughtfully cared for. By limiting the number of weddings we take each year, we're able to provide every couple with the attention, communication, and peace of mind they deserve, so you can be fully present and enjoy every moment.
Haley's communication is unlike any other. She is quick to respond to all aspects of planning, even when you just need some guidance or advice. My biggest regret was not hiring her for full planning because she would have saved me even more stress than she already did! With her help I was truly able to sit back and enjoy my special day!
